Palm Springs Preservation Ordinance

On February 2, 2021 PSPF board member Ron Marshall made public comment before the city of Palm Springs’ Historic Site Preservation Board asking they agendize discussion of the city’s preservation ordinance at their March meeting.

On November 12, 2020, PSPF sent a letter to Palm Springs city manager David Ready asking that the city correct the preservation ordinance (PSMC Chapter 8.05) to remedy two policy deficiencies introduced during the last revision to the ordinance.  To read the PSPF letter click here.
